Here’s how we do this
1. Book a free 20-minute intro call
Just a relaxed chat. You don’t need to prep or have the perfect words – just bring yourself. We’ll talk about what’s going on and whether it feels like the right fit.
2. We get to know each other
If it clicks, we’ll start weekly/fortnightly therapy, online or in person in Preston. We take it at your pace. Sessions are a space where you get to show up real, raw, or totally unsure. All of you is welcome here.
3. We go deep, together
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s the work of becoming more you. We’ll explore the past, make space for the present, and build something incredible for what’s next – together.
